Your First Visit

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know you, understand your oral health needs, and determine the best treatment options for your smile.

During your consultation, we may:

• Review your medical and dental history

• Discuss your concerns, goals, and expectations

• Perform a comprehensive oral examination

• Take digital X-rays or other diagnostic images, if necessary

• Evaluate any existing restorations or prostheses

• Explain your diagnosis and recommended treatment options

• Develop a personalized treatment plan

• Answer any questions you may have

Every patient receives individualized care based on their unique needs and long-term oral health goals.

What to Bring

To help make your first appointment as smooth and efficient as possible, please bring:

• Your dental insurance information or insurance card (if applicable)

• Referral information (if referred by another dental office)

• Previous X-rays or dental records, if available

• A list of your current medications

• Completed patient forms (if applicable)

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for any necessary paperwork.

Insurance & Payment

We are happy to assist you in understanding and maximizing your dental insurance benefits whenever possible.

Please note:

• We accept most dental insurance plans.

• Effective June 22, 2026, we are no longer an in-network provider with any dental insurance company.

• If you plan to use your dental insurance benefits, we recommend confirming that your plan includes out-of-network benefits prior to your appointment.

Our knowledgeable team is happy to answer questions regarding your coverage and will assist with submitting insurance claims on your behalf whenever applicable.

Before treatment begins, we’ll review your recommended treatment plan, estimated costs, and available payment options so you know exactly what to expect.

Referrals

Many of our patients are referred by their general dentist or another dental specialist for advanced prosthodontic treatment. We work closely with referring providers throughout your care to ensure seamless communication and the best possible treatment outcomes.

If you have been referred, please let us know when scheduling your appointment and bring any referral information, previous X-rays, or dental records if they have not already been forwarded to our office.
