Insurance Information
We accept most dental insurance plans and will assist with submitting insurance claims on your behalf whenever applicable.
Please note:
- Effective June 22, 2026, we are not an in-network provider with any dental insurance company.
- If you plan to use your dental insurance benefits, please verify that your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
Because every insurance plan is different, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to better understand your individual benefits.
Insurance Pre-Treatment Estimates
For many procedures, we can submit a pre-treatment estimate (also known as a pre-determination) to your dental insurance company before treatment begins.
This allows your insurance provider to review the proposed treatment and provide an estimate of:
- Your expected insurance coverage
- Your estimated out-of-pocket costs
- Any limitations or exclusions that may apply under your plan
While pre-treatment estimates are not a guarantee of payment, they provide valuable information to help you make informed financial decisions before beginning treatment.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Although we are not in-network with any dental insurance company, many patients are still able to use their dental benefits if their plan includes out-of-network coverage.
As a courtesy, our team will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf and help you understand the information we receive. Coverage and reimbursement are determined solely by your insurance provider and the terms of your individual plan.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless other financial arrangements have been made in advance.
Before treatment begins, we’ll review your treatment plan, discuss any estimated insurance benefits, explain your financial responsibility, and answer any questions you may have.
